Topical: Dilute with a carrier oil and then massage over abdomen and on the soles of the feet to help decrease cravings and support the adrenals.

Grapefruity Window Shine:
2 cups of Warm Water
20 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil
1/4 cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Isopropyl Alcohol (or cheap Vodka)
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
Add Vinegar, alcohol, and corn starch to the bottle and shake well. Then add your Grapefruit Essential Oil and finally the water and shake well. Use on glass for a sparkling clean!
