At Sneakers shop dz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the sneakers are placed back in their original box with all tags attached; items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

• 3.
  Package Collection

  Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a pickup from your address, or you may be directed to drop off the parcel at a local hub.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive and verify your item, we will process your exchange for a different size or issue a refund via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
